Loan officer

General Description

  •  To understand the housing needs of customers and provide financial solutions accordingly.
  •  Leveraging financial, analytical and appraisal skills to assess customers’ need for a home by analysing customer’s
  • ability to service a loan by understanding household income, expenses, social, economic factors and accordingly
  • take in the application
  •  Guiding customers throughout the entire loan application process until the loan is sanctioned
  •  Council prospective customers about the loan opportunity and plan a meeting based on their interest.
  •  Confirm credit worthiness of customers by evaluating the loan application and the documents submitted along with it to determine feasibility of granting loans.
  •  Provide information on repayment schedule to customers
  •  Prepare & submit loan application and provide recommendations for approval of loan.
  •  Handle customer queries and take appropriate action to resolve them .

Education and Training

  • Any Graduation
  •  Any Post Graduation, preferably Masters in Social Work

Customer Service Executive

  1. Interact with clients through telephone to provide information about services or products,Open new loan accounts, renew loans or obtain complaint details
  2. To check and record details of inquiries, comments or complaints, transactions or interactions and takes actions in accordance to it.
  3. Acquire and analyze all relevant information to evaluate validity of complaint and identify the possible causes.
  4. Make changes of customer's profile in the company's application form.
  5. Refer unresolved and pending customer grievances to the concerned departments for further inves-tigation and record them in complaint register sheet.
  6. Contact clients to notify regarding investigation results, respond to inquiries or any adjustments in the services (if any).
  7. Recommend modifications in service/products to prevent or foresee any issues.
  8. Pass on the new inquiries received to the concern team and take a follow up with them and record them in the assigned sheet.
  9. Make outbound/follow-up calls on the ones missed during the day & calls assigned by your supervisor.
  10. Optimum level of patience required.

Experience: 0-3 Years

Legal Executive

General Description

  • Drafting and vetting of legal agreements like mutation entries, title deeds, N.A Permission, statutory approvals etc.
  •  Interaction with the developers of housing projects on a daily basis and resolving any queries or deficiencies that arise.
  •  Initiating and verifying legal and valuation reports.
  •  Conducting a legal scrutiny of APF and One-offs which also involve raising and resolving queries.
  •  Uploading all viable cases on PHP for further approval.
  •  To give legal advice/opinion on payments, including fraud and not utmost good faith cases.
  •  Candidate will have to project and legal documentation, reviewing various agreements, amendments and deeds with particular regard to land & construction of housing projects.
  •  Guiding the post sanction process in the collection of documents for disbursement and also to resolve any legal issues.
  •  Evaluate issues and disputes arising from the internal and external vendors with reference to contracts and agreements.

Education and Training

  • Graduation in LLB
  • Post Graduation in LLM or any related degree

Skills and Abilities

Project Officer

  1.  Scouting of Housing Projects suitable for SMHFC.
  2.  Extracting detailed information about developer and project and advising the project legal team about the same.
  3.  Liaising with the Developer and obtaining project related documents for legal team and helping in resolving queries.
  4.  Contribute to all technical aspects – Prepare Layout plan, required construction permissions, FIR(first inquiry report), title search report and compilation of all project documents
  5.  Conducting technical checks at project site and monitoring the construction work on a monthly basis and coordinate with Legal team and HO for the required formalities/queries
  6.  Being closely involved in the projects, should identify any potential risks/issues and communicat the same with management and workout for the necessary solutions.
  7.  Act as a mediator between organization and Builders.

Experience: 0-4 Years


Education Background: Diploma in Civil
Engineering or Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering
