Zonal Legal Manager

  1.  Drafting and vetting of legal agreements like mutation entries, title deeds, N.A Permission, statutory approvals etc.
  2.  Interaction with the developers of housing projects on a daily basis and resolving any queries or deficiencies that arise.

Credit Officer

  1. Regulatory & investor reporting – Compiling and submitting financial and operational returns on a periodic basis.
  2. Compilation of raw data for internal departments to help them improve and automate processes.
  3. Communicating with the National Housing Bank and external investors for data requirements.
  4. Prepare refinance requests for raising debt.
  5. Leading MHFC’s efforts with the government loan subsidy program; extract customer data, compile claims and submit to the National Housing Bank.
  6. Develops MIS documentation to allow for smooth operations and easy system maintenance. Generate and distribute management reports in an accurate and timely manner.
  7.  Provide recommendations to update current MIS to improve reporting efficiency and consistency.
  8. Experience: 1-3 Years

    Education Background: Bachelor’s Degree – preferably B Tech, B. E in Computers/IT/Electronics

    Skills and abilities:

Disbursement Officer

Key Functions:

  • Executing all Loan Documents
  • Executing & processing of NACH Mandate
  • Collecting & Screening Property Title & other necessary documents. Compliance of CPs prior to disbursement
  • Follow-up on all pending documents / DP payments
  • Educating the Customer on Repayment of Loan, Prepayments, the occasion of default, any assistance necessity
