What We Do
Svatantra Micro Housing Finance Corporation Limited (SMHFC) offers housing loans to the financially excluded rural and urban low-income families. With the help of our loans, lower-income families, particularly those with limited income documents, can purchase homes that meet their budget.
Our Impact
As a part of the ongoing efforts our priority is to constantly develop and improve our products suiting the EWS/LIG working sector, wherein they can access finances from the convenience of their home in a unique branchless model & credit underwriting process.
